Aragon is a land with a strong culinary tradition. A livestock and agricultural region that takes advantage of its local produce to produce unique dishes.

As in any region of Spain, tapas predominate, and Zaragoza is a clear example of the adaptation and evolution of catering. The “El tubo” stands out, an area of bars near Alfonso Street, a place not to be missed to get to know the local product. Taste the best of Aragon’s cuisine at the Hotel Don Fidel’s restaurant.
